The House of Remy Martin and the multi-talented Avenger Jeremy Renner celebrated the brand’s newest global campaign at the Art Beam in New York City Tuesday evening.
Inspired by the so-called “slash generation”, the brand’s One Life/Live Them campaign rebirth was propelled by the individual with an abundance of talents, to which most people can relate in today’s world. VIP’s such as Lucy Liu, Kelly Rutherford, OITNB’s Laverne Cox, Uzo Aduba, Kelly Bensimon, Jesse Metcalfe, Joseph Sikora from Power, tons more celebs and other specially invited guests were presented with an endless supply of some of the finest Cognac around. Multiple visual installations throughout the space provided both ambiance and history. The evening featured a surprise musical performance by Renner himself.
Remy Martin CEO Philippe Farnier is excited to team up with man of many capacities, Jeremy Renner, calling him, “a multifaceted man.” The Mission Impossible actor gave a stellar surprise performance alongside the band Brother Sal where he showcased talents outside of his notable acting career. He is a singer-songwriter who also plays the guitar, piano and the drums. On that of that he is also producing films, and renovating homes!
Farnier says, “he is exactly what this company is all about”.
In a separate lane from their competitors, “Remy Martin encourages the curious to explore those curiosities, and to embrace the different aspects, different hobbies and careers that may be,” explained a Remy rep. The brand’s plan of action is to reach new heights.
“I am excited to work with this iconic brand and to help launch this new campaign. The story of how to live your life really resonates with me personally. I think to fully realize one’s potential you must take action, remain curious, embrace your failures as they are gifts, and honor your successes with humility. We are all many things and cannot and should not be defined by one thing, which is truly awesome,” said Renner.
