We had the pleasure to visit the Miami Marlins stadium and experience bites and beverages from some local food partners.
The Miami Marlins, in conjunction with hospitality partner Levy, re-imagined the food and beverage experience at loanDepot park in 2019, adding local food partners to bring South Florida flavors throughout the ballpark.
The evolving and innovative food and beverage offerings at loanDepot park continues in 2023. The Miami Marlins organization remains committed to investing in the fan experience and cultivating an experience by our community and for our community in which guests can Make it a Feast, Make it Una Fiesta, and Make it Miami! This year, the Marlins, in partnership with their ballpark food curator Levy, have added new food destinations along the Promenade Level:
+ Naked Taco (Section 8): Fresh Tacos with a twist on the traditional, like the Philly Taco, and Buffalo Chicken Taco
+ Bites del Caribe (Section 24): Bites inspired by “Serie del Caribe” featuring Arepas, Tequenos, and other Caribbean- inspired delights
+ The BeisBowl (Section 19) – A healthier option for guests dining at the ballpark. The Grain or Rice Bowl will include your choice of fresh toppings and sauces.
+ Queso Grande (Section 40) – By popular demand, we opened our quesadilla concept with fun fillings like Firecracker Chicken, Steak Carnitas, and Impossible Bulgogi (Vegetarian)
+ On Deck Smashed Burger (Section 207) – Our smashed burgers concept has reached the Legend Level, and features smash burgers, boneless wings, and loaded buffalo fries.
+ Pardon My Cheesesteak (Section 13) – An elevated cheesesteak experience with All-Star flavor
+ Cubano Gigante (Goya Stand – Section 40) – The largest and most delicious Cuban Sandwich can only be found at loanDepot park; measuring in at 34 inches long and weighing close to 3 pounds. This mega sandwich featuring Goya Roasted Mojo Pork can feed 4 to 8 people.
Some of our personal favorites were the Cubano Gigante and the tacos from Naked Taco. The buffalo chicken taco was packed with flavor and the right amount of heat even for the fans that are not into spicy, for the fans that do enjoy an extra kick, Naked Taco had a wide variety of hot sauces. The Cuban sandwich is an amazing game-day meal or snack to share and enjoy with friends while in Miami.
