Nothing reminds me of the holidays quite like Bryant Park’s Winter Village.
I have the sweetest childhood memories of skating through the rink looking at the views of the city all lit up right out in front of me. The shops have always been such a sweet aspect of the park, so many incredible small business owners sharing their art for holiday shoppers to enjoy. On Tuesday evening, we had the wonderful opportunity to re-live some of these precious memories at a special press preview of this years Bryant Park Holiday Season. We kicked off the night by tying up our ice skates and hitting the rink, once again staring out at the immaculate view of the city facing adjacent to the ice. It’s the perfect reminder of the holiday season and one of the best ways to get into the spirit.
Afterwards we rested our feet on the cozy seats off the side of the rink and watched skaters go by, before heading over to the Amazon Prime Video Lounge. Once at the lounge, we were greeted with a series of festive holiday drinks, sweet deserts provided by sweet tooth nyc, and a wide variety of small savory bites. These included nachos, soup shooters, avocado ranch cups, sliders, and so much more. We mingled throughout the lounge and enjoyed the warm holiday spirit of the people bustling around us.
Bryant Park holds the only free admission Ice Skating rink in the city, and it’s such a fun holiday tradition for families and city patrons alike! There is absolutely no place to be like Manhattan during the holidays, and we are so lucky that Bryant Park Winter Village provides the holiday spirit year after year.
