Daniel Craig is back as the iconic character as James Bond looks to uncover the secrets of his past against villains more powerful than ever
In 2012, director Sam Mendes brought to life one of the best James Bond films throughout the whole franchise with Skyfall. Skyfall was the perfect blend of action, drama, thriller, suspense, and story, making for one of the best cinematic experiences in 2012. On November 6, 2015, Mendes will look to top his success with Spectre and if this trailer is any indication…he may end up blowing right on past Skyfall. Spectre looks into the past of James Bond and how the events of his life has brought him to where he is today.
With the official first trailer, we get our first actual look of Christoph Waltz as Franz Oberhauser, Dave Bautista as Mr. Hinx, and a couple of the new Bond girls of 2015. Bautista looks to be a physical force and someone who may be a worthy threat for Bond, while Waltz continues to relish every scene that he’s in. Since coming onto the mainstream scene with Inglorious Basterds, Waltz has become one of the must-see actors as he brings something completely original and fresh to every role he plays. What he has in store for James Bond? We’ll see.
Spectre is directed by Sam Mendes, written by Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, and John Logan, and stars Daniel Craig, Christoph Waltz, Léa Seydoux, Monica Belluci, Andrew Scott, Dave Bautista, Ralph Fiennes, Naomi Harris, Ben Whishaw, Rory Kinnear, and Jesper Christensen. Spectre will be in theaters November 6, 2015.
