The perfect Mingle Mocktails to sip on in your new comfy DreamKnit Vuori set.
This past weekend, we had the pleasure of attending Vuori’s Find Your Comfort Pop-up popup event featuring their new DreamKnit design accompanied by delicious Mingle Mocktails. The event was the perfect NYC popup with an abundance of activities for attendees to go through. There were meditation classes, a drinks bar by Absence of Proof, astrology reading, and custom embroidered totes. All of these were held in a unique curated space that felt like a walk through the clouds.
Our favorite activities that day were certainly the bar drinks. As someone who wanted a beautiful drink but didn’t want to be buzzed at 10 a.m., the Mingle Mocktails were a perfect choice. The talented bartenders at Absence of Proof were able to mix a variety of drinks that tasted exactly like their alcoholic counterparts with Mingle, only without triggering my Asian flush. Unlike other mocktails I’ve tried, the drinks weren’t overly sweet, rather, they had the taste of natural fruit juices and botanicals, delivering a signature crisp, fizzy finish.

There’s clearly a reason why Mingle is the best-selling adult non-alcoholic beverage at Whole Foods. We tried both the Mingle alone as well as crafted into a mocktail, and have to say it’s also the best non-alcoholic beverage we’ve had! We learned that the mocktails were not just non-alcoholic, but also kosher and clean crafted with no artificial sweetener.
With our drinks in hand, we were able to explore the rest of the popup as well as talk to the associates there about the new DreamKnit collection. The fabric was so soft, it genuinely felt like you were hugged by clouds.
