Last night, Alessa, the Penn District’s stylish new dining gem, hosted an exclusive event that brought a touch of luxury and sophistication to Midtown Manhattan. The occasion? Something not worth *disengaging,* a celebration of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Meredith Marks’ latest venture—a premium caviar line. The line will be sold at Juniper, Alessa’s sister restaurant.

Later on, attendees enjoyed a Q&A with Marks, and some rounds of RHOSLC trivia. About the evening and collaboration, Marks said, “Alessa created the perfect setting to unveil my caviar line and I’m so excited for Juniper to begin housing the collection. Tonight’s event was an ideal celebration of luxury, quality, and community.”

Alessa, the brainchild of Thomas Murphy of 212 Hospitality Group, has quickly become a culinary hotspot in New York City. The venue’s contemporary Italian menu, curated by Executive Chef Denevin Miranda, showcases inventive dishes that pay homage to classic Italian traditions while embracing modern flavors. For the event, guests enjoyed signature dishes and caviar pairings that highlighted the harmony between Meredith’s luxurious product and Alessa’s Italian-inspired cuisine.

The evening also shone a spotlight on Alessa’s signature Aperitivo program and its beverage offerings, masterfully designed by Damiano Corren, a mixology luminary behind acclaimed establishments such as Employees Only and Macao Trading Company. The progrsam crafted drinks based on the iconic reality star’s most notable phrases, including The Rumors & The Nastiness, which combined tequila, lime, peri peri agave and dry curacao, and You Can Leave, which combined limoncello, prosecco and soda.
