Luxury brand strategy and public relations agency, Issa PR celebrated its first birthday on Wednesday night at the luxe Absolut Elyx House in New York City.
Le Baron DJ Nick Vermeire played music at the event which featured guests, including Armani model David Florentin, fashion designers – Siki Im (who recently won the CFDA Woolmark Award), Elisabeth Caner, Founder and Creative Director of Lady and Butler, Dani Lachowicz – Bloom + Grace, Jia Lin – J Lin Swimwear, and artists – Jonathan Rosen and Pablo Power – who all joined the celebration in the Meatpacking district. Guests sipped on bespoke cocktails from Absolut Elyx in their iconic copper pineapples.
“It’s incredible how quickly the year has flown by since the agency was set up last year. I’m so inspired everyday by the work we do, the people we work with and the dynamic team,” said Viet N’Guyen, Founder and CEO of Issa PR. “We wanted to celebrate with everyone who has been a part of the Issa journey from the very beginning.”
Since its inception in November 2014, Issa PR has worked with clients, such as Absolut’s new luxury vodka – Elyx, Def Jam, The Box nightclub, numerous fashion designers and artists on campaigns at Art Basel, NY Fashion Week, Frieze and Sundance Film Festival.
The agency also handles pro bono work for START, an NGO that helps orphans displaced by war in Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Jordan and the UAE.
