NBA champion Karl-Anthony Towns hooped it up at Raising Cane’s on June 16 to celebrate his team’s historical win.
The New York Knicks’ first NBA title in 53 years has made KAT a man of the hour with just a day away from receiving the Big Apple key to the city. Before the highly-anticipated ticker-tape parade downtown, he paid a special visit to Raising Cane’s Global Flagship in Times Square for a beloved celebratory shift.

Knicks fans and Caniacs alike where on hand for the hot for a one-of-a-kind experience where Towns reflected on the significance of bringing a championship back to New York.
When I got to New York, I saw what we could be; and now, to see that actualized and to accomplish the vision, it’s pretty special,” said Towns during a press conference before the shift.
Joined by his fiancée, entrepreneur and influencer Jordyn Woods, Towns greeted fans, signed autographs, worked alongside Crewmembers and helped serve up Raising Cane’s Craveable Chicken Finger Meals® as New York City continued its championship celebration.

The excitement for this dynamic player and his team is being felt across the country as it is simple of the goodwill of sportsmanship.
“It was great having KAT and Jordyn at Raising Cane’s Global Flagship in Times Square to celebrate the Knicks’ historic NBA Championship win,” said Raising Cane’s owner and founder Todd Graves. “KAT had an incredible season and was instrumental in the Knicks’ championship win as a leader both on and off the court.”
Fans also got a glimpse of Woods’ now-famous orange handbag, which became a viral good-luck charm throughout the Knicks’ playoff run.
“Everyone said the bag was a good luck charm on TikTok,” Woods stated. “But it wasn’t until I couldn’t bring the bag and that was the only game we lost that people really started believing the hype.”
