Check out this incredible dinner happening on August 26

On Tuesday, August 26th, The Restaurant at Great Jones Distilling Co. – Manhattan’s first and only legal whiskey distillery since Prohibition – will be hosting an exclusive culinary collaboration featuring renowned chef Jorge Luis Pabon of Mili NYC, in partnership with Great Jones Distilling Co. Executive Chef Daniel Wright.

For one night only, Chef Jorge Luis Pabon—formerly of the Michelin-Starred Estela and now the talent behind Mili NYC, the seasonally-driven pop-up inspired by the wine bars that redefined NYC dining—will collaborate with Great Jones Distilling Co.’s Executive Chef Daniel Wright on a 6-course tasting menu that captures the diverse flavors, cultures, and energy of New York City.

Each chef will present three courses, taking guests on a journey through their personal culinary narratives, expressed through interpretations of the city’s global cuisine. With Mili’s market-rooted, locally sourced approach, Chef Jorge brings an expressive perspective that perfectly complements Chef Daniel’s thoughtful cooking at The Restaurant at Great Jones Distilling Co.

The menu for this dinner includes:

  • Heirloom tomato salad – marinated heirloom tomatoes, basil, roasted garlic tomato vinaigrette
  • Scallop – cured Maine scallops, melon, and shiso
  • Duck – roasted duck breast, foie gras, confit empanada
  • Fish – spring onion and sea lettuce
  • Tres leches – passionfruit mousse, blueberry glaze, vanilla bourbon ice cream
  • Milk custard – soba cha and hot honey

To elevate the experience, every course will be paired with a curated selection of Great Jones Distilling Co. whiskey, handcrafted cocktails from Head Mixologist Collin Frazier, and standout wines from across New York State, rounding out a true celebration of local craft and creativity.

Tickets are $125 per person, and a link to reserve can be found here.
