Out and about in LA during Grammy weekend, myself and other specially invited guests stopped by Quixote Studios in West Hollywood Saturday evening for the 20th Annual Friends N’ Family Grammy Party event.

Industry exec’s and their friends sipped on Svedka Vodka, or donated to the ACLU of Southern California Foundation through their purchase from the exclusive charity bars scattered throughout the venue by Veuve Clicquot, the Macallan and Heritage Auctions, while roaming the space.  It was a night of doing it 20 years strong.

Coming together in a big way, powerhouse groups such as ASCAP, BMI, Advance Alternative Media, Disney Music Group, Sound Exchange, Warner/Chappell, YouTube, Evolutionary Media Group and more join forces every year to put on the event.  And this year as no exception to the fun. The grilled cheese food truck was pretty awesome, too!

On Thursday, many gathered at the Avalon Hollywood for one of the hottest pre-grammy parties, hosted by OK! Magazine. Guests were served Heineken, Tito’s Mandmade Vodka, Ruffino wines, Strongbow Apple Cider, and Core Water. Dj Ms. Nix kept the crowd dancing with smooth tunes. Hot recording artist JoJo performed songs from her new album Mad Love.  LA girl cosmetics was in attendance providing ladies with their popular concealers, lipstick, and hot new highlighter. Splat hair dye let guests explore different hair colors with funky colored wigs and a fun photo booth. Core water provided refreshing water for guests. While, SlimFast provided tasty fat free snacks for guests through out the night.

On Tuesday night, stylist-turned-designer, Rachel Zoe, launched her latest fashion collection at Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles with Ruffino Wines. The star was joined by her fashionable friends, Nicole Richie, Erin Foster, Sara Foster, Jenni Kayne, Eva Longoria, Olivia Culpo, Jaime King, Poppy Delevingne, Caroline Vreeland, Selma Blair, Kelly Sawyer, Jennifer Meyer, James Van Der Beek, Kimberly Van Der Beek, Joe Zee, Derek Blasberg, Joey Maalouf, Meritt Elliott and Emily Current, among others. Zoe’s first LA-based Fashion Week show brought many of the designer’s best friends and muses together for an intimate cocktail reception filled with light bites paired with Ruffino Wines. Following the reception, guests sat down for dinner where Zoe’s evening-focused collection was the main course. Zoe’s models cat-walked around the dinner tables in the glittering new collection while onlookers snapped photos and praised Zoe for her latest work.

  • Rémy Martin Cognac presented this year’s Warner Music Block Party. The event included host Rita Ora, performers Gallant, Kehlani and Spencer Ludwig, Warner Music Group artists Charli XCX, Ciara, Gary Clark Jr., Jason Derulo, Dua Lipa, twenty one pilots, additional guests Natasha Bedingfield, Connor Franta, Eiza Gonzalez, Anders Holm, Katharine McPhee, Jillian Rose Reed, SYMON, Bryce Tiller, Russell Wilson, Jidenna, Janelle Monae and more. Celebrities and guests were seen enjoying performances and special cocktails by Rèmy Martin including The V-Factor, Hollywood Sidecar, and La La Lemonade.
