Fox released some new, exciting trailers for upcoming drama’s ‘The Passage’ and ‘Proven Innocent’ as well as for a new season of the cult classic ‘Cosmos’ series.
Fox’s schedule is filling up quick, with two intriguing new shows, The Passage and Proven Innocent hitting the Fall slate, as well as a return for the space-driven series, Cosmos. The Passage is based on Justin Cronin’s best selling trilogy of the same name, telling the story of Project Noah, a clandestine medical facility that is experimenting with the end-all-be-all of medical cures. But with the cure for every disease, comes the risk of wiping out all of humanity. With involvement from Ridley Scott (Gladiator), Matt Reeves (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes), and Liz Heldens (Friday Night Lights), The Passage sounds like an hair-raising new experience from the studio. Proven Innocent from Empire co-creator Danny Strong. Proven Innocent follows a scrappy criminal defense team that is helmed by a strong-willed and unflinching lawyer who after being wrongfully convicted of a media-frenzy murder, is determined to fight for the innocence of others. The series will star Rachelle Lefevre (Under the Dome), Vincent Kartheiser (Mad Men), Russell Hornsby (Seven Seconds), Brian d’Arcy James (Spotlight) and Tony Award-winner Nikki M.
