Rodes Rollins is a talented musician and the visionary creative behind the clr shop.
Creativity is inherent in Rodes Rollins. From recording and releasing music to launching a woven textiles brand, her artistic prowess is endless.
Rollins recently released her song “Intertwined,” which marks the first single from her upcoming EP.
“‘Intertwined’ is kind of about past lives and that feeling that you get when you meet somebody and it just feels like you’ve known them for a lot longer,” Rollins shared. “It was inspired by a lot of different interactions I had with people over the past few years.”
The EP is titled Human Error and is set to release in September. Beyond music, Rollins is also the creator of the clr shop, which is a woven textiles brand. The inspiration to launch the shop started during the pandemic, when the music touring industry was shutdown.
“In addition to music, I have been in design for a long time and illustrating just for fun in my own spare time,” Rollins says. “I thought I would just take a crack at trying to sell my work online.”
Since then, the clr shop has taken off, receiving accolades from Elle Decor, GQ, and House & Garden — in addition to having an online presence of nearly 60,000 followers.
