Last night Talenti Gelato held an intimate and exclusive Talenti tasting experience unveiling two new flavors: Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Gelato and Paradise Passionfruit Sorbetto. Talenti transformed the venue into a ski resort and tropical travel destination with snow covered trees, Talenti branded skis, exotic flowers and palm trees . As soon as guests entered they were given Talenti ingredient passports highlighting the upcoming flavors as well as a step-by-step recipe guide on how to recreate the sweet treats featured at last nights event including the “Hot Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Affogato” and “Paradise Passionfruit Parfait.”
The experience began with an amazing charcuterie spread featuring select cheeses, gourmet breads and tarts inspired by the new flavors like goat cheese and passionfruit. The first station featured an exclusive first taste of Chocolate Hazlenut Crunch transformed into the perfect hot chocolate pick-me-up. The next station featured a live demo by renowned baker and NYT best selling author, Sarah Fennel creating the signature Paradise Passionfruit Parfait inspired by the new flavor. Not only did guests get to enjoy lite bites, sweet treats and complimentary cocktails, they also had the opportunity to customize luggage tags by monogramming their initials and bringing a piece of Talenti with them wherever they go.
