On December 27, The Christmas Night Opera filled Carnegie Hall with an audience made of longtime opera enthusiasts, devoted fans, and first-time listeners drawn by the holiday program. This year, the June HYROX in New York City absolutely kicked my butt. Between the running, rowing, sled pushes, and wall balls, there were plenty of moments when I thought, “I might not make it through this one.” There may or may not have been tears during the burpee broad jumps. Even though I was completely wiped out, the right products and gyms helped me survive — and even thrive — through every grueling workout.
