Digifest NYC this past weekend was the place to be.
People of all ages come out to meet their favorite YouTubers, Younowers, Viners, Singers, Dancers and more at Citi Field. The event started at 12 p.m. with enthusiastic fans lined up to enter and mingle with social media champions like Hayes Grier, Nash Grier, Madison Beer, Alex from Target, Tre Melvin, Chloe and Paige from Dance Moms and many more. All five members of 5quad were present including Zach Clayton, Timmy Connors, Edwin Burges, Rudan C and Nick Bean. We had a chance to chat it up with them, they were all very happy to be there and to be able to meet their supporters in person. There were meet and greets set up for fans to bond and spend time with the featured talent. It was a great event with live performances from some emerging new bands like Jack and Jack as well as SDK. Tons of fans showed up with their phones fully charged to snap selfies with their faves. There was also cool merchandise available at the “Merch” station such as t-shirts, hoodies, shorts and more. There was also a beach set up with benches, palm trees and sand, which combined with the weather made it seem like the perfect day at the beach. Hot dogs, pretzels, ice cream and so much more were available to to it all off! Lastly, Demi Lovato hit the stage with a powerful performance of some of her hits including “Really Don’t Care,” “Neon Lights,” “Give Your Heart A Break,” and “Skyscraper,” which ended the night with a bang.
