Belstaff and David Beckham hosted a party to celebrate their new short film.
The luxury British brand threw their party on Sept. 17 at The Back Room in the Lower East side of New York City. At the celebration were Justin Theroux, Waris Ahluwalia, Zanna Roberts Rassi, Cathy Moriarty and more.
Outlaws was titled so to represent the spirit of the brand, said Gavin Heig the CEO of Belstaff in a statement. He said they opted to create a short film as their campaign for the new collection to reach a wider and more global audience. The surreal film follows The Stranger, a drifting motorcycle stuntmen as he deals with the memories of a Trapeze Artist and being hunted down by a Director seeking revenge. Beckham plays The Stranger with the supporting cast including Harvey Keitel, Cathy Moriarty, and Katherine Waterston.
The film aims to depict the Belfast’s, “moto heritage, speed, freedom, adventure and daring,” said Heig, all qualities of Beckham’s character. Beckham himself summed up the feel of the brand and the move to shoot a short film saying, “Belfast always does things in a different way.” Outlaws will be released after the presentation of the Summer/Spring 2016 collection on Sept. 21. After it’s reveal at London Fashion Week it’ll be released globally on Sept. 22.

HAIG CLUB Miami continues the celebration of the Haig “clubman” heritage – where raising a toast with a glass of Haig in private clubs was the cornerstone of every stylish social occasion.The event series, which began in the heart of London last March at the Wellington Arch will move to Shanghai in 2016.
