Roxstar Entertainment has returned to Tribeca Festival with its signature hospitality platform, the Cinema Center.
Following successful activations at Sundance and SXSW, the Cinema Center Pop-Up is back for its third New York iteration during New York’s brightest film festival. Sirrah has been the beautiful background for the bases and the lavish location. The three-night celebration of acclaimed independent film, talent, and creative storytelling has been filled with starry sightings from Steve Zahn, Lucy Liu, and Julia Fox.
This year’s Cinema Center Tribeca programming honors three anticipated films with red-carpet evening soirees featuring talent, industry insiders, and cultural tastemakers.

“She Dances” kicked things off in style. Directed by Rick Gomez and starring Steve Zahn, Ethan Hawke, Rosemarie DeWitt, Sonequa Martin-Green, Mackenzie Ziegler, and Audrey Zahn, the heartfelt tale blending movement and memory, “She Dances” explores the power of family, rhythm, and resilience.
The next night, “Rosemead” was feted. Directed by Eric Lin and starring Lucy Liu, Lawrence Shou, Orion Lee, Jennifer Lim, Madison Hu, and James Chen, the film is a powerful intergenerational drama centered on identity, migration, and community ties.

“Rosemead” is already generating early awards buzz for Liu. Her thrilling night had the party crowd hugging her and all of the movie’s creators as guests sipped on delicious Hendrick’s Gin cocktails and scrumptious passed apps.
Even trendsetter extraordinaire Julia Fox made a surprise appearance to congratulate her friend Liu.
