Last night, we joined for the second anniversary of The Chosen Few hosted by President & Founder, Harriette Rose Katz at the Rainbow Room in New York City. Harriette Rose Katz is highly regarded as one of the best wedding planners and New York’s pre-eminent creator of rarefied events, head of New York’s distinguished Gourmet Advisory Services.
The Chosen Few is the first luxury services referral collective for the special events industry; uniting an elite member base with those who want the assurance of an event that delivers the ultimate in excellence and creativity. As hosted by one of the nation’s leading wedding and event planners, guests were treated to an extraordinary cocktail experience. The event included international catering with delicacies such as Peking duck and dim sum, foie gras and waffles, and an ice cream dessert bar. Invitees included events enthusiasts and professionals legendary in their respective fields, serving as trusted resources to those searching for the very best in catering, photography, floral and event design, invitations, entertainment, lighting, music and tents.
Towards the end of the evening, Harriette Rose Katz conducted a speech commemorating The Chosen Few and all of its achievements from its initiation followed by the official induction of new members who are meticulously selected and vetted by proprietary and stringent criteria that incorporate integrity, creativity, excellence and financial constancy. Each new member was honored with a plaque and photo to celebrate to close the night.
