We had the chance to catch up with a few of them before they headed into the party. All eight nominees – Lizzo, Billie Eilish, Maggie Rogers, Lil Nas X, Black Pumas, Tank and the Bangas, Yola, and Rosalía – rocked the stage at different points throughout the night.

Featuring events like a coworking space for aspiring creators, after parties and game nights, and interactive panels, HBO’s pop-up was an exciting celebration of creativity, diversity, and rising talent.
