And while over the years we’ve seen her reinvent herself over and over in her new roles, seeing her as a mother is so exciting and monumental. Watching the actress play a mom signals yet another milestone in Moretz’s career. And for long-time fans, it’s sure to be bitter sweet to watch the actress transform into motherhood in this project.
For her part, Moretz told The Knockturnal she enjoyed playing a mother and is open to doing so again in the future if the opportunity arises.
For Tomlin, the story behind the MOTHER/ANDROID is personal. Tomlin told The Knockturnal that the film is meant to be a love story to his biological parents.
