Since attending The Sculpt Society and Astral Tequila’s ‘Good Energy Movement, I can’t get a smile off my face, nor the song Good Energy out of my head.
The Sculpt Society founder and celebrity fitness trainer, Megan Roup has been touring the country bringing her positive vibes, cult workout and tasty tequila from Astral. The most recent stop was an epic gathering at TAO Downtown for a 30-minute full body workout, followed by complimentary cocktails and sustenance provided by Astral Tequila.

I’m a massive fitness buff but must live under a rock because it was just this year that I caught wind of The Sculpt Society. The only thing more impressive than Megan’s abs is her fanbase which includes Victoria Secret models and celebrities in addition to regular folk like me. Many of the moves from her class are modeled on what Megan learned when she danced with the Brooklynettes.

You must be thinking, what do tequila and fitness have to do with each other? The series of ‘Good Energy Movement’ have held in-person sessions like the one at TAO Downtown featuring workouts and post-workout Astral Tequila get-togethers as well as virtual elements. After the workout special curated cocktails are served including Megan’s Margarita.
