Scrumptious sizzles ignited the senses at the lavish Amex Culinary Collective bash last night.
The Centurion Lounge at K’Far in Brooklyn was the scene that paved the way for a whole new level of divine deliciousness.
The event toasted Resy chefs Kwame Onwuachi, Mashama Bailey, Sarah Grueneberg, Mike Solomonov, and acclaimed bar director Harrison Ginsberg’s partnership in creating a new food and beverage menu at select Centurion Lounges across the US beginning July 29.

A night full of delights and whimsical touches, as only Amex can deliver, it made for memorable moments from start to finish. So much bliss was brought to attendees that including model Jasmine Tookes, fashion designer Raul Lopez, actress Wally Baram, and influencer Tinx. Guests enjoyed the evening to the tune of DJ sets by Mei Kwok and Isan Elba.
Celebrating American Express partnering with the James Beard Award-winning Resy chefs to form The Culinary Collective by The Centurion Lounge, the party was a fantastic showcase of the impressive platform to come. Creating a menu of dishes and crafted cocktails inspired by the dishes from their renowned restaurants across the country, new menu items will be available in all 15 U.S. Centurion Lounges. Select recipes developed by The Culinary Collective by The Centurion Lounge will also be available at Sidecar by The Centurion® Lounge, an entirely new, intimate airport lounge, expected to open at Harry Reid International (LAS) in Las Vegas in 2026, making American Express the only credit card issuer with two lounges at LAS.
