The global dining sensation Amazónico has officially arrived in Miami, making its U.S. debut in the heart of Brickell with a buzzworthy grand opening that drew some of the city’s biggest names in food, fashion, and nightlife.

Located at 800 Brickell Avenue, Amazónico Miami spans three floors of lush, tropical-inspired space that blends dining, music, and design. The Latin American–inspired restaurant, bar, and lounge features indoor and open-air seating, a lively bar and lounge with resident DJs, a sushi counter, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic skyline views.

Originally launched in Madrid in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, Amazónico has become known for its bold flavors, vibrant energy, and rainforest-chic interiors. With successful outposts in London, Dubai, and Monte-Carlo, the brand’s Miami location continues its signature celebration of Latin American culture and cuisine.

Opening night highlights included standout dishes like Tostada Wagyu with Baeri caviar, Atún Okinamasu con Caviar, and A5 Kagoshima nigiri with black truffle and nikiri butter. The cocktail menu impressed just as much, featuring creative sips like the Amazónegroni (pineapple-infused gin with Campari and sesame) and the Rainforest Old Fashioned (Zacapa 23 Rum, açaí liqueur, and green strawberry bitters).

Now open to the public, Amazónico Miami is set to become one of Brickell’s most in-demand dining destinations — combining high-end gastronomy, a lively atmosphere, and immersive design for a one-of-a-kind Miami experience.
