Take the stress away at Life Time Athletic at Sky in Manhattan, like The Knockturnal did on Tuesday evening. Many yogis gathered to celebrate this annual event that promotes peace and serenity.
The premiere fitness club and gym linked up with ZICO Coconut Water to help give a refreshing taste to a very #summersolstice night.
Many gathered on the Skydeck to bring some #namaste to their lives with beverages and a screening of “Dodge Ball” to end the evening next to a hypnotizing pool overlooking the glorious city.
The fitness center holds the newest and best trainers for 90 +classes along with a state of the art gym, basketball, and tennis court.
Did I mention the pool? Yes and a beautiful pool with a bar and cafe. I mean staying fit never sounded so good!
