Breast cancer warrior, media personality, and motivational speaker, Nacole Ali is a #1 best selling author with new book “Warrior: Built To Last”.

Each year, 1 in every 8 women (worldwide) are stricken with a Breast Cancer diagnosis in their lifetime.   It is the second leading cause of cancer death among women to date.  While nearly 250,000 women undergo vigorous treatment options in order to beat it, 1 in 16 of them unfortunately fail at doing so.

After 20 years of working as a human resource professional for top global financial firms, helping clients to further their goals & careers, to suddenly being diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2015, #1 best selling author Nacole Ali did not fall victim to her disease; making her one of the 2.8 million women in the US to survive it.

The timeline differs by doctor. But according to my doctor you start counting after your surgery. So I am one, 13 months cancer free.

nacolealibookMotivated by her own bearings, and inclined by years of experience in the business of people, she pushed herself to take action with her own life; given her gift & platform of motivational coaching, Ali provides testimony and encouragement for many of those suffering hardships alike.

Earning best-seller remarks with her first book “Warrior: Built To Last” across international markets, Ali’s story relates to women on a global scale, brutally honest with a comedic twist; taking action being the initiative, Ali told the Knockturnal what personally drives her to continue taking action,

What drives me to take action is that tomorrow’s are not promised. When you are faced with a potentially terminal illness your perspective changes. My perspective is make sure I do the things I need to and want to; and you, I need to take action in order to get things accomplished.

Reinforcing faith and positivity, Ali recounts her hardships of being a 1 in 8 throughout the pages of the book.  Providing strength where there is none, she conveys how she aggressively regained control of her life from the potentially, deadly disease.  A true warrior built to last.

A true warrior is someone that will endure the storm because they know that at some point the storm will end. Everyone experiences storms in their life, whether it’s a death of a loved one, they were diagnosed with a critical illness, divorce, or even a deadend job.

A warrior has to face the issue head on and not give up.

With the number of deaths linked to breast cancer falling year after year mostly due to early detection cases, one can attest to the power and meaning of the word survivor.

“Warrior: Built To Last,” an inspirational read available now for purchase in print and Kindle format on Amazon.

Let’s celebrate the fight and bravery of each and every survivor this Breast Cancer Awareness Month, while commemorating those who lost their struggle.  Visit the National Breast Cancer Foundation website for more .
