When we first ordered the ring we are sent a sizing panel of plastic rings to make sure the ring will fit correctly. It was a much appreciated option. After a few days of testing different sizes on different fingers we placed the order. Once the ring arrived it was pretty easy to charge and set up with the app.
It takes a few months for the ring to fully calibrate to one’s body. The features most loved were how the ring registers sleep and movement. Even a short walk to the store is tracked like a workout. One day the ring said my body was showing signs of stress, the next day I woke up with a cold. I was amazed by its accuracy. The ring can also link up with hundreds of apps like fertility app and dexcom.
