Two Legends: Cocktail Method
Ingredients
- β Β 2 parts – Legent Bourbon
- β Β .75 parts – Amaro Nonino
- β Β .75 parts – Red Wine Simple
- β Β 2 dashes – Angostura bitters
Method: Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice & Stir. Strain into Nick & Nora. Optional expressed Lemon Peel Garnish.
Red Wine Simple Recipe (1 Cup)
- β Β 1 1β2 cups sugar
- β Β 1 cup red wine
Instructions
- β Β In a small pot, add the wine and sugar.
- β Β Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, turn the heat down to
medium and let it cook just below simmering for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- β Β The syrup is done when it can coat the back of a spoon and is a thick, syrupy texture.
- β Β Let the syrup cool completely in the pot then transfer it to a mason jar or other
similar container and store in the fridge.
