I have a soft spot in my heart for dogs. As most people would agree, there’s something special about them. Whether its that tender loving feeling you get when they run to you after coming home from a long day’s work or the look they give you during the causal walk around the neighborhood — whatever it is, I like it.
On Saturday, July 10, ZippyPaws celebrated its 10 year anniversary at Naked Eye Studio in L.A. Dog owners dressed up in cocktail attire and brought their furry little friends along for the fun. Local food truck, Angelenos Wood Fired Pizza, provided the much needed comfort food and dog themed cocktails served as refreshments. Interactive photo booths and a live DJ set added to the fun while the dogs topped it off.
ZippyPaws with special guest Skout’s Honor showed support of Wagmor Pets, a non-profit 501c3 in Studio City that rescues dogs and finds them loving homes. It was good seeing the event packed with literally every bred of dog imaginable. I think it’s safe to say that ZippyPaws is definitely here to stay.
