Toronto rapper Sayzee starts the year off strong with a brand new single titled “Push”. The single is produced by Kevin Rolly. The song comes off motivational and hard-hitting with plenty of classic rhythms.
Sayzee explains how when he heard the beat and the hook came to him immediately. “Usually when that happens I just run with it” he continues, “because it’s always the accidental stuff that turns out fire. I did this song in about 20 minutes sent it off to Rolly and he sent it back mixed the next day.”
The inspiration for the song comes from Sayzee’s mindset of pushing through barriers to better everything. “The name made perfect sense to me at the time” says the St. Catherines native.
No better way to send the message of new beginnings as making music that reflects new year’s eve with clear intentions of moving towards one’s goals and everything else Sayzee has been working on for the last few years.
