Last Saturday, Gramatik lit up the crowd at Avant Gardner with their vibrant color show and groovy beats.

Will Magid, better known by his stage name, Balkan Bump, started the night with electrifying trumpet riffs, mixing jazz and electronic making very interesting to listen to. The LED lights on the trumpet made the performance that more psychedelic with the lights that were filling up Avant Gardner.

At the end of their set they played the funky Aymo, which without a doubt was a crowd favorite and coincidentally, his debut track that also launched an unexpected audience in 2017, according to his Spotify Page.

After, Opiuo performed with just as exciting of a performance, with vibrant lights and graphics that went to the music’s tempo and drops. With the two together, it led the night to the grand finale of Gramatik.

Gramatik played an energetic set, keeping the crowd moving as to not have a dull moment. The live jazz mixed with what sounded like a milder Skrillex with ongoing sax riffs.

Throughout the entire concert, the crowd seemed to be enjoying the performances.

The set featured some music from Gramatik’s newest album RE:COIL PT II, which is a fun listen to, mixing electronic, jazz, and some hip-hop, blending all of them almost seamlessly. There are also some pretty interesting features, including Waka Flocka Flame.

I definitely recommended for anyone interested in producing any type of music, since most of the production on the album is mastered quite delicately and makes it easy to listen to without skipping any beats.

RE:COIL PT II is available on Spotify and Apple Music
