Def Jam’s latest R&B signee just released a captivating new video featuring appearances from a variety of New York based artists.
Bibi Bourelly, 21-year-old Berlin-born singer and songwriter just released a music video to a track from her forthcoming EP FREE THE REAL. The clip represents the “Sally’s” of the world who has freed themselves from the stigma of hate and stereotypes and feel comfortable in their own skin.
There’s a variety of people appearing in the video – ranging from Bibi’s close friends, to LA and NYC based artists, to activists. All of them unite to manifest self love and acceptance. Bibi’s created a website for fans to give their own definition of who Sally is. Go to SALLYIS to find out more.
Bibi made her TV debut on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon and broke out during this year’s SXSW at Fader Fort. Her career, however, kicked off when she wrote Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” and “Higher.” She also appeared on Lil Wayne’s “Without You” and Usher’s “Chains,” which she performed at the TIDAL X in October 2015.
Her previous single, “Ego,” made it to Spotify Viral Charts in several countries and has been described as “powerful, unapologetic ballad to self confidence.”
