Virgin Voyages showed off her beauty – inside and out – during a magnificent launch event in New York City.
Taking over Pier 90 in a majestic fashion, the grand madam presented herself in an epic fashion to hundreds of guests. They came on board courtesy of the visionary entrepreneur, Virgin Group Founder, Sir Richard Branson.
A warm welcome turned into an illuminating presentation of Brilliant Lady. It was a journey for a mix of media, influencers, and tastemakers on the Sept. 3 preview that allowed for the rich discovery of a bold and radiant journey. What was witnessed was the art of travel. Fantastic entertainment and delicious culinary delights mixed with fun decor and sophisticated hospitality combined for a perfect affair onboard.

Marking a major milestone, the brand’s newest ship officially entered the northeast market with a celebration that matched the Big Apple’s energy and spirit.
On the Hudson River waterfront, the Virgin-style spectacle featured the brand’s legendary Scarlet Night, immersive performances, and a showcase of the new food and spaces.

The launch also introduced a fresh lineup of entertainment, including new productions and interactive performances designed to surprise and delight. Guests moved seamlessly from Champagne bars to outdoor lounges to chic theater spaces that brought Virgin’s bold, kid-free spirit to life.
Brilliant Lady will sail a series of fall itineraries to Canada during peak foliage season before repositioning to Miami and the Caribbean for the winter. The fleet offers more than 60 unique itineraries, sailing to 150+ incredible ports of call. On board, 20+ eateries feature culinary experiences from Michelin-star chefs, stylish workout spaces and group fitness classes are offered daily, and a festival-like line-up of intimate and larger-than-life shows is on the agenda.
