One of America’s most beloved summer activities took a 2020 pause like many others.
The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic still took the time to toast America and send good wishes for next year to meet in person.
This weekend a digital celebration filled with Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic memories, at-home picnicking, and Champagne sipping was a splendid way to remember the good times.
“We look forward to celebrating many more Polo moments together in the future, in person and digitally,” stated organizers.
During the presentation guests at home popped champagne corks as they sat on picnic blankets spread out in their dens. Taking the sparkles inside this year still brought forth love and appreciation for things that only polo can deliver.
There was sweet moments of divine fashion, such as when Julia Roberts wore her trademark ‘Pretty Woman’ polka-dots. The great guests of the past years chimed in with the love from Darren Criss, actress Freida Pinto, ‘Real House Wives of Beverly Hills’ style icon Garcelle Beauvais, as well as Brazilian supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio.
Polo legend Nacho Figueras and his wife Delfina Blaquier took time to thank guests for sharing the day with them along with positive hope for getting together in 2021.
Veuve Clicquot’s yellow label is perhaps the most well-marketed Champagne on the face of the planet. The wine is loved for its rich and toasty flavors. The virtual tribute this year was symbolic of the legendary brand’s respect for nostalgia and desire for prosperity.
The yellow sunshine of the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic will shine again in the near future.
