In The Moment, the hospitality company recently founded by established Las Vegas nightlife notables Jason “Jroc” Craig and Michael Fuller (pictured above) expands into a development and management company, officially announcing itself, and officially announcing their partnership with Blended Festival. The highly anticipated Blended festival debuts its 2022 lineup today, Thursday June 9th for its Nashville festival taking place Sept 10th and 11th in Bicentennial Park. To First Announce Exclusively, the wine and music festival will be headlined by The Chainsmokers, with featured performances on the roster by Lil Jon, Loud Luxury, Blake Horstmann, Grant Fisher, Daisha, Cisco and many more to be announced, with an anticipated line up of 30-50 artists.
Craig and Fuller partnered with Blended to bring the festival to new heights, and also focus on elevating the VIP experience. They have also tapped nightlife veteran Bob Shindelar (formerly Tao Group) to lead the VIP experience element of the festival as part of the In The Moment team. The festival will feature two main stages, a 100 foot wine tent, culinary village, interactive experiences and much more.
Tickets are $359 for the top level VIP experience package which includes wine tastings and backstage access, with more low-mid level or lavish VIP packages and tickets available starting at $89. The festival will then take place in both Austin (September 24/25) and San Diego (October 8/9) in the months to follow. More artists and brand partners will continue to be announced.

Jason Craig and Michael Fuller kicked off their working partnership last summer 2021 with the launch of Elia Beach Club at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, which is currently in its second year of success. The duo works closely with Richard Branson’s Virgin Hotels Group and the entire Virgin family on the concept. Fuller and Craig continue to curate the venue, having kicked off summer 2022 with a grandiose hosting appearance by Snoop Dogg. The venue maintains sold out weekends inclusive of festival takeovers like the recent EDC weekend.
In the Moment by Craig and Fuller is a development and hospitality group based out of Vegas that has a large list of projects in the pipeline on a global level, many to be announced this year, with Blended Festival as their latest major venture of focus.
