8. Jodie Foster With Julie Taymor

Jodie Foster is one of those transcendent filmmakers who you know are truly dedicated and love the art of film. From her role as a teenager in Taxi Driver and beyond she’s been delivering amazing performances and now directs and creates great films. What makes this event even more special is that she’ll be paired up with Julie Taymor, a fellow director but for the stage. Taymor is most known for directing the Lion King stage musical. Watching two great directors of two similar but very different mediums will be thought provoking to say the least.
