The cast of ‘This Is Us’ celebrated the sixth and final season of the show at PaleyFest at the Dolby Theatre on April 2 with a special screening of an episode followed by a panel with the show’s cast and creator.

Mandy Moore has evolved as an entrepreneur since her platinum-selling debut album, So Real. The Grammy, Emmy, and Golden Globe-nominated actress, designer, and singer-songwriter shed her pop princess image and maintained footing in Hollywood for over two decades. Moore’s breakthrough role as Rebecca on the hit TV series “This Is Us” is centered around the modern woman and the crosses she bears.
The Knockturnal caught up with the NBC matriarch ahead of tonight’s final season’s premiere. “We are very lucky that so much of our job is really what’s on the page — and what’s on a page is extraordinary. I think overwhelmingly, people are able to see themselves and their family and loved ones in the show,” Moore explained of “This Is Us.”
While the series has pulled viewers into personal introspection about their relationships, the actress is beginning to mourn the 6-year friendships she built beside her TV crew.
