Unilever’s Hair Expert, Ursula Stephens lead the TRESemmé hairstyling team backstage for Studio 189 SS20′ NYFW show. Studio 189’s collection titled “Heritage” was not only inspired by African clothing but also is made in Africa. The brands ss20′ runway show was a beautiful presentation of African culture mixed with high fashion.

This year Essence held their Essence Fashion House in NYC at Affirmation Arts, to continue the celebration of the first Essence Best in Black Fashion Awards. Essence Fashion House brought together black designers, stylists, influencers, and fashions lovers for an all-day fashion extravaganza. During the day-long event, guests were apart of panel discussions, a master class, and runway shows.
