American Ballet Theatre hosted its Fall Gala: A Celebration Honoring Misty Copeland last night.
American Ballet Theatre (ABT) returned to Los Angeles on Monday night to host its much anticipated annual Holiday Benefit β dancing, pliΓ©ing, and pirouetting its way back on to the stage at The Beverly Hilton.

NEW YORK, NY – For its summer season finale, the American Ballet Theatre performed Romeo and Juliet (Kenneth MacMillanβs choreography and Sergei Prokofievβs score).Β
Guests including Misty Copeland in Prabal Gurung, BridgetΒ Moynahan in Maiyet, Molly Ringwald in Marina B jewelry, Jennifer Tilly, Cynthia Erivo, StarΒ Jones as well as Nigel and Cristen Barker joined the American Ballet Theatre last night to celebrateΒ its spring gala, which raised more than $1.7 million for the organization.
Additional notable attendees at the 700 person event included Amy Fine Collins, Amy Astley, AnhΒ Duong, Arianna Rockefeller, Bettina Zilkha, Diane von Furstenberg, Eric Rutherford, FeΒ Fendi, Gillian Miniter, Hamish Bowles, Jamee Gregory, Joanne de Guardiola, Joey Maalouf,Β Natalie Kaplan, Prabal Gurung, Serena Boardman, Sutton Stracke, as well as Lainy Hedaya ofΒ Haute In Habit and Pari Ehsan of Pari Dust.
Guests were treated to a special performance at the Metropolitan Opera House featuring Ms.Β Copeland in Firebird, the world premiere of Alexei Ratmanskyβs newest piece, and the return ofΒ ballet legend, Alessandra Ferri to the Metropolitan Opera House stage. Following the ballet, guestsΒ walked along the plaza to the David H. Koch Theater where they enjoyed a multi-course dinner andΒ dancing to music by DJ Coleman.
