The Los Angeles Marathon took place last weekend where runners traveled 26.2 miles from Dodger Stadium to Santa Monica.
If the thought of 26.2 miles on foot doesn’t already make you hurt imagine actually participating in the marathon. Following the event, athletic apparel brand Lululemon put on a three day RCVR pop-up for runners and fitness enthusiasts. The idea behind the multi-day event was to help with the road to ultimate mind & body recovery and assist those looking to embark. Throughout the pop-up, guests enjoyed lululemon’s Virtual Reality breathwork program EMBODY, cryotherapy, professional speaker panels, guided meditations, and of course yoga.
There was even limited-edition L.A Marathon products available for purchase. 90210 star and fitness enthusiast AnnaLynne McCord was one of the various celebs who stopped by the RCVR by lululemon pop-up at Platform in Culver City. Vampire Diaries actresses Candice Accola King and Kayla Ewell also visited. Meanwhile, Empire star Ajiona Alexus was seen at the installation enjoying a cryo cafe facial. Guests stayed hydrated thanks to CORE water and snacked on Harmless Harvest and Chomps products.
