Spotify partnered with Sounds That Move to bring the best new independent artists to the forefront at Fresh Finds Live.

Last Saturday, Spotify and Sounds That Move collaborated on the latest installment of Fresh Finds Live. Sounds That Move hosted it’s inaugural festival over the course of 3 days, with 5 stages across 1 block in Brooklyn. There were many musical performances, workshops and educational panels on music, media, business and fashion. Fresh Finds Live is rooted in Spotify’s Fresh Finds program which spotlights and uplifts rising, independent, talent. Saturday’s lineup included Mercer Henderson, Ben Reilly, nomi. and Collect 200.

nomi., who just released her Sweet Talk EP less than a month ago, kicked things off with her sultry and captivating voice, followed by an energetic performance from Brownsville’s own Ben Reilly. Reilly danced, jumped and commanded the stage with great crowd work, performing hits like “Osborn Park.” Next up was Mercer Hednerson serenading the crowd while also showcasing her guitar skills. Closing out the eventful night were electronic music duo/DJs Collect 200 with an unforgettable DJ set.

Featuring an unbeatable lineup, vegan food, a photo-booth and full bar, as well as complimentary cocktails for media and partners, Fresh Finds Live was the highlight of Sound That Move festival.
