Wednesday night celebrated the opening of Spark Pretty’s new pop up shop, 90s Forever, in Nolita Manhattan.
The theme of the shop centers around 1990s fashion and culture, 90s Forever offers a wide selection of fashion, toys, posters, and collectables. The vintage atmosphere encompasses the whole store, filling the space with neon colors and 90s videos. The online retailer, Spark Pretty, designed the layout of the store to replicate the pop culture of the decade by arranging apparel and merchandise in collages, like a high school teenage bedroom.

Products range from $12-$1200 including highlights such as hand-painted denim jackets showcased in the center of the store, unisex t-shirts from 90s television shows, and a wide selection of acid wash jeans with embellishments. Childhood 90s toys such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fanny packs, Beavus and Butthead slippers, and Lisa Frank lunch bags were spotted decorating the walls. To complete the feel of era, furniture like beanbag chairs and lava lamps helped set the nostalgic ambience.
