At only 24 years old, JaiβLen has accomplished many feats on her musical journey. At just 16 years old she made her professional debut on Broadway in SpongeBob SquarePants the Musical. Following that she created the score for Oil of Olayβs βRhythm of Olayβ ALS musical commercial campaign, which garnered more than 1.4 million views on YouTube. In 2020 the soulful R&B singer released her debut EP titled Illustrations and has not stopped yet. She has worked with artists such as SiR and Ari Lennox and is signed toΒ Hillman Grad RecordsΒ which was founded by Emmy award winner, Lena Waithe. Both Davion and JaiβLen are musicians under Hillman Grad Records. Their sounds complement each other with their sultry voice, vulnerability within their lyrics and dynamic storytelling. The intimate venue resembling a campfire surrounded by friends oozed a sense of warmth and familiarity. Concert goers were visibly moved and engaged by both performances. It was as though they were connecting with each person in the crowd. βI definitely want people to know that Iβm an empath without me saying it. I want people to hear how close to spirituality I am with my music. That basically you can feel spirit through my music without even being gospel.β
