Imagine ascending down a winding aromatic staircase, as the smell of garden fresh flowers tickle your nose.
Upon entry an opulent ambiance captivates the sight, while delectable food, and drinks sooth the soul. On May 11th, 2022 Sony Hall brought this dream to life in celebration of the 1st Annual Industry Open House. Featuring live performances from the duo, “Acute Inflections” and band, “Phony ppl”. It’s no secret that Sony Hall throws the best damn parties, and here’s why!
Pastries, sushi, and cooked food had their own sections in the Hall thanks to vendors like “Baked by Liv”, and “Boston Beer”. But the fresh sushi bar with sushi being made on the spot was the best part for me!When the live performances weren’t captivating us, the DJ was, by keeping the energy high with some really groovy funk, Disco sets. Giving everyone the perfect opportunity to catch up, network, eat, marvel at live entertainment dancing on the ceiling, or cut a rug on the dance floor.
Featured on the reality show, “The Great Soul Food Cook Off” Sadiki and Elasea. The Acute Inflections jazzy duo, created a unique interactive Vaud vill style performance. Using a melange and mastery of every genre they could think of the duo brought a timeless energy to a great era, with pure melodies, and vocal perfection. Sadiki and Elasea never broke character or missed their mark, and consistently served improv, vulnerability, positive messages, and fashion. They have an brilliant ability to cover any genre without losing any piece of their jazz essence.
Grossing over 28 million streams in over 79 countries as a result of hard work, musical expertise, and showmanship. The spectacular boy band Phony Ppl brought the night to an incredible end. This breakthrough mainstream quintet never fails to command a crowd and put on an amazing Show! Serving neo-soul, Rap/rock vibes, Phony Ppl blessed Sony Hall with some exclusive new music, and won all of our hearts, leaving us all wanting more! I strongly suggest keeping an eye out and following this lyrically liberating group!
