On June 4, TheKnockturnal was invited to the re-launch of The Ambrose Hotel.
Having left the hustle and bustle of busy Los Angeles, we walked into the tranquil setting of the award winning, LEED EB certified hotel in the heart of Santa Monica where we were greeted by hotel staff in the picturesque courtyard. After a tour of the luxurious rooms and suites (some of which come with large fireplaces and patios), we mingled with other VIP guests at the party and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.
The bar featured specialty cocktails by Lucky Buddha Beer, ZIOBAFFA Wine, Wicked Tango Whiskey and Leaf Vodka and guests were treated to chicken skewers, brisket bacon wraps, pasta with pesto and a variety of delicious hors d’oeuvres by Santa Monica organic restaurant, Rustico. To keep in line with the eco friendly theme, The Ambrose Hotel also offers a complimentary Hybrid SUV shuttle that can take guests to the beach to take in the salt air, so we collected our lovely gift bag by LATHER, jumped in the shuttle and scurried off to watch the sunset. A perfect end to a perfect evening!
