Last week Knock attended Pusha-T and 1800 Tequila’s 1800 Seconds launch event at Sony Hall.
1800 Seconds is a new discovery platform for developing artists as well as the title for the compilation album featuring 10 artists on the rise, handpicked by Pusha-T. The event itself was a festive affair with a line so far down the block it turned down 8th avenue. The venue was packed tight with fans, writers, label executives and many more who came out to help celebrate Pusha-T and his newest discoveries.

Halfway through the night the 10 artists took to the stage to perform their signature singles featured on the inaugural 1800 Seconds album. The lineup included Ant White, Cartel Count Up, Don Zio P, Hass Irv, Monalyse, Nita Jonez, Sam Austins, T Got Bank, Trevor Lanier and Tyler Thomas. Each artist, with Pusha’s guidance and 1800 Tequila sponsorship, were given the chance to write and record a 3-minute track and showcase their talents to the world. One standout track from the show included Hass Irv’s “Secrets.” Following the 1800 artists, Pusha graced the stage and gave fans a little treat. Pusha performed a medley of songs including “I Don’t Like” and “The Games We Play.” Check out 1800 Seconds out now!
