Bacardí took over the Moxy Hotels Magic Hour Rooftop Bar for a boozy, neon brunch celebrating the rums new flavor, BACARDÍ Lime. The neon brunch took place on April 26 and despite the rain, attendees flooded the rooftop sporting neon yellows, greens, and pinks as DJ Amrit provided all the latest dance tunes.
Through the lime green tunnel and into the Caribbean inspired space, mini lobster rolls, tacos, and potato wedges were served alongside actor and model Olivia Culpo’s favorite appetizer – chicken and waffles. A cushioned merry-go-round spun with guests as they ate and sipped on either a watermelon lime cooler, alike mojito, sparkling limade and/or a classic lime and soda; which Culpo made her new go-to low-calorie drink for the summer.
When not at the bar or standing in line for lime cotton candy, guests snapped some Instagram worthy pictures in front of the lime neon bat wings, the Bacardí logo, and/or underneath the lime tree. While this event was a one of a kind experience, everyone can have a chance to brunch with Bacardí lime at the Magic Hour Rooftop which will be serving the rum with coconut water in a cocktail created by Magic Hour bartenders for brunchers.
