The West Village has never been hotter thanks to the delicious delights found at Baby Brasa.

For a truly delicious meal that is both original in concept and incredible in execution, look no further than the West Village’s dynamic Peruvian restaurant.

The tantalizing affair one has with this location is truly a memorable thing. Your mouth waters and your heart beasts with desire from the moment you walk in the door. Baby Brasa is an experience that must be had if you want to be a true New Yorker.

With resemblance to the old-school days of Manhattan when eating out was like going to a club, the glittery glamour of this beautiful venue is just a start to your amazing night. Cocktails are curated with the intent to make you feel like you are sipping a love potion. You are hypnotized by the romance of Baby Brasa as you start your appetizers.

The best appetizers in all of Manhattan

The love is deeply felt as servers and staff present everything at your table with warmth. This hospitality is hypnotic as they heat up your dishes tableside – it’s all hot and spicy in more ways than one.  The bold and passionate design of Baby Brasa’s empire in the city was envisioned by two men who deserve grand applause. Peruvian entrepreneur Franco Noriega and business leader Milan Kelez have taken New York City by storm with the brilliance of Baby Brasa.

It’s an environment that was made from love and supported by food and drinks that are crafted with such incredible measure that it makes you throb for the taste and feel of this one of a kind restaurant.

Indulge and let your senses soar as you enjoy every single thing on the menu. There is no way of describing one thing over the other as being the best option. Frankly it’s all phenomenal. From Crispy Rock Shrimp with Sriracha honey glaze, scallions, sesame seeds, chili served with chipotle mayo to Passion Fruit Salmon served with sautéed vegetable pineapple rice; Lomo Saltado with marinated grass-fed sirloin steak chunks, red onion, cherry tomatoes, scallions, cilantro & fingerling potatoes served with jasmine rice, you just cannot get enough of these delights. The only thing you will be left wishing is that you had more room in your belly to eat and drink more.

Sexy, sophisticated sips in style

But, just like any good romance you are going to keep coming back again and again for this tender loving feeling. Thank you Baby Brasa for making New York City nightlife and food magical again.
