Nightfall Festival returns to The Parker Plantation for its second year, kicking off Friday, November 1st and running through Sunday, November 3rd. The three-day camping festival located in Denton, TX will host some of bass, experimental & lo-fi’s most promising acts. Nightfall 2019 is set to see the US debut of DirtySnatcha, a hot commodity in the dubstep and riddim world, hailing from the United Kingdom. With two full days of bass, experimental and dubstep on Friday and Saturday of the festival, Nightfall features a decompression day on Sunday with a handful of lo-fi’s up-and-coming stars. With performances from EASTGHOST, brothel., eevee, SwuM, Dream Beach, and a headlining performance from Dimond Saints, Sunday at Nightfall is the perfect way to wrap up a weekend of music and fun.
The festival doesn’t stop at great music; held on Halloween weekend, Nightfall is the ideal destination for horror enthusiasts with its 3-part haunted house tour and forest trail. The first attraction is The Parker Mortuary, depicted in the festival flyer. The second building, Ratliff’s Sanitarium, is modeled after an insane asylum, followed by a trail through the woods to Parker’s Plantation. Catch sinister performers in full costume, special fire performances, and street magic throughout the grounds all weekend long. If you’re lucky enough, you’ll hear whispers of secret, invite only performances. May the odds be in your favor. Find more info about the haunted attractions here.
