This Friday at the Skylight Clarkson Square, Nicole Miller presented her Fall 2017 collection: Gypsy Grunge to a full audience.
The models walked down the runway adorned in 90’s inspired-chic clothing full of flannel and paisley designs. Outfits included a plaid asymmetrical bomber dress with a occult silk boyfriend shirt and olive knit zipper cap; a “fortune cookie” printed velvet puff sleeve dress with black leather moto vest and a neon signs leather jacket with a falling dragons embroidered mesh gown.
Backstage, Miller told WWD: “this collection is for my downtown girl who went to get her fortune read by a tarot-card reader, and then went out on the town and ended up getting Chinese food.”
Hair was done by Pepper Pastor salon for L’Oreal Paris, Makeup was by NARS and footwear was provided by Dr. Martens. Spotted in the front row was reality star and American television personality, Stassi Schroeder. Also in attendance was Emeraude Toubia, is a Canadian-born American actress and Victoria’s Secret model Louisa Warwick.
