Eager fans lined up for the chance to see the ‘Camp Rock’ and ‘Jonas’ star, Nick Jonas.
Menswear designer John Varvatos partnered with Nick Jonas to create the newest menswear and Nick Jonas’ fragrance, JV x NJ.
To celebrate the launch, on October 19th at 6PM the two hosted an event at Macy’s at the Flagship location, Herald Square. The collaboration between the two – fashion designer John Varvatos and award-winning musician and actor Nick Jonas, JV x NJ is inspired by the duo’s multi-faceted lives spent traveling and immersing themselves in cultures and cities that they love.
The first 150 customers who purchased a JV x NJ fragrance received special access to a Meet & Greet with John Varvatos and Nick Jonas.
“When Nick and I started talking it just seemed like a natural fit,”said Varvatos. John Varvatos launched his collection in 2000 with tailored clothing and sportswear. He now represents an entire men’s lifestyle that includes footwear, bags, belts, eyewear, jewelry, men’s fragrances, and John Varvatos Star USA Collection, and Bootleg by John Varvatos. The two partnered in January, of the relationship Varvatos commented,”It only took a couple months for us to know”.’
“It’s been really special. As creative partners and friends it’s been a great relationship so far, I’m excited to see where it goes,” said Jonas of the collaboration.
